PSU NSSLHA Presents: The next Multilingual Phonetics Club meeting with Dr. Gildersleeve-Neumann is happening this Friday, May 28th from 12-1pm via Zoom.
Here is the Zoom link for this event: https://pdx.zoom.us/j/86283631879
This week, we will be focusing on Dutch; a fellow SPHR student who is bilingual in English and Dutch has volunteered to educate us on some of the intricacies of this beautiful language. Get ready to listen to Dutch, practice your transcription skills, and engage in group discussions about Dutch phonetics and its similarities and differences across multiple languages. Check out this link to the Dutch IPA: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA/Dutch
All are welcome. Can't wait to see you there!
At our events, NSSLHA invites: joining late, fidgeting, stimming, walking around, laying down, eating/drinking, engaging with your camera on or off, using any modality to communicate, and more. We provide closed captions and recordings of our events, and transcriptions when possible. If you need accommodations to participate in our events, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We got you.
