The Oregon Speech Language Hearing Association is a professional organization of speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and Educators of the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing advancing services to children and adults with communication, hearing and other related disorders.

The Oregon Speech-Language-Hearing Association is the officially recognized professional association for Oregon speech-language pathologists and audiologists by the national American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Our OHSA newsletter is one way our association provides information to its members. As participants in OSHA we have the opportunity to contribute articles, ideas, announcements and related information to our peers through the quarterly publication of the newsletter.

The next deadline for the newsletter is Saturday, May 24, 2008.

  1. Promote the study of human communication, hearing and related disorders and increase interest in the investigation, prevention, and treatment of its disorders.
  2. Support the individual and collective professional interests of the Association’s members.
  3. Advocate for the rights of persons with communication, hearing and related disorders.
  4. Facilitate the exchange of information among members of the Association to improve clinical services by enhancing and maintaining the highest level of knowledge and skills.
