In May, the OSHA board moved to sponsor informal public meetings across Oregon to present initial findings of the OSHA Professional Standards Review Committee (PSRC) and invite professionals in the speech and hearing sciences to voice their opinions regarding the issue of consolidated speech-language pathology licensure in Oregon. Participation is also being encouraged from other stakeholders in K-12 education, such as Oregon Department of Education and Oregon School Personnel Administrators Association.
