Base fee:
  • Select appropriate level of advertising, pricing listed with ad sizes.
  • Includes; exhibit table, quarter-page advertisement in conference program, and a quarter-page advertisement in four editions of the OSHA newsletter (value $660)
  • Includes; Exhibit table, Full-page advertisement in conference program, and a full-page advertisement in four editions of the OSHA newsletter (value $1,325)
  • Includes; exhibit table, half-page advertisement in conference program, and a half-page advertisement in four editions of the OSHA newsletter (value $975)
  • Your company is welcome to provide Lanyards or Tote Bags for OSHA to have available at registration desk. Please mail items to OSHA Office, 1284 Court St NE Salem, OR 97301 no later than Sept. 21, 2015.

Registration is closed
Exhibit Space Layout: One 8’ draped exhibit table and two chairs. Space assignments will be based on your requirements and assigned by conference management.         
        
Special Requirements: Please describe any requirements you may have for your display. A fee will be charged if special installation is necessary.


Exhibit Hours: Exhibits will run Friday, October 9, from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm & Saturday, October 10, from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.


Exhibit Set-up: Set–up is 5:30–9:00 pm Thursday, October 8, or after 6:30 am Friday, October 9


Shipping
Material may be sent to the Red Lion no sooner than three days prior to the start of the conference. Please use the following label format:
