Abstract:
This presentation will give an overview of Hand and Voices, a group established to support ALL Deaf/HH children without bias toward modality. This parent driven group of parents and professionals advocates for educational services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Hand and Voices is currently working with Oregon’s EDHI program to implement Guide By Your Side, GBYS. GBSY is a program where parents help guide parents through the systems required to obtaining services for their children.

- Refer parents to this support group
